Consumer Notice

Pennsylvania Law requires real estate brokers and salespersons (licensees) to advise consumers of the business relationships permitted by the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act. This notice must be provided to the consumer at the first contact where a substantive discussion about real estate occurs.

For your information, our current office policy is to represent consumers as a buyer's agent. As you will note, in the    "Consumer Notice",    buyer's agency reverts to dual agency when you view homes which are also "listed" by the broker office (e.g. homes listed by RE/MAX® CSI).  We do also keep updated (through the MLS) of all homes available and will show you whatever fits your needs.

Click here for an easy link to the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) web site to read this notice and familiarize yourself  with it, we can discuss it further when we meet.  It' the law!

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this Consumer Notice.  Just click the link to the left to download a free copy.
